We had a valve & hose failure on our humidifier. Shaun was able to come within 1 hour & fix everything. Additionally made some recommendations to pre-empt future possible issues. Very knowledgeable & we’d highly recommend them.
I just did business with Terrance, presuming the owner of the company. My call was answered immediately and they were in my residence within the hour. The problem, a clogged waste drain was resolved inside of two hours. Their work was clean, efficient and professional. Their work done is covered under warranty for one year. I can confirm this definitely is a company worthy of a gold medal! I called yesterday afternoon to see if a plumber could come same day to our home to investigate an issue. The receptionist was amazing, was clear in providing a time window to expect the plumber (same day!). Mr. Rooter never even picked up my call, and other plumbing services
1st time using this company. Called them based on online rating. The techs showed up on time as promised and updated me via text on their ETA. Jordan and Julian got the plumbing issue resolved efficiently. I thought they were very professional, polite and HONEST. After the job was completely they got on their knees, cleaned and wiped the entire area clean, which I thought was very thoughtful. The charge is within industry standard, and I see VALUE in what they charge. I truly believe in “you get what you pay for”.
Was looking for an emergency plumber. The drain in the sink at my restaurant broke apart and I couldn’t fix it myself. Gold Medal came up in my search, so I called them. Terrance answered the call. This was on a Sunday morning (Cinco de Mayo – our busiest day of the year). Terrence said he would be there within 2 hours. When I explained the situation and how desperate we were to get the bar sink up and running, Terrence was there in, I believe, 30 or 40 min. Once he came and inspected what needed to be done, he drove to Vaughan to get the parts and we were up and running just after opening. Exceptional service. Thank you, Terrence.
Called about a leaky shower. They were prompt, on time for the appointment and nice guys. They had to cut out a section of the ceiling to diagnose the problem but once determined gave me options to correct the issues. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Come recommend for sure.

I had a blocked toilet in our guest bathroom and called Gold Metal Plumbing as they are local in the GTA. A gentleman named Jordan came by within a couple of hours, asked a few questions and figured out the problem. In and out within an hour and I felt he was fair with what they charged. I hope we don’t have any other problems but if we do, we will definitely be reaching out to them again.
Terrence & his team did an efficient and great job. We had a collapsed pipe on our property line that needed to be replaced. A company we called before Gold Medal were not able to fix or even assess the issue. Gold Medal quickly found the problem and fixed the issue at a reasonable cost.
